The Configuration Manager settings only effect processes running on the
client.
Are you running this process on the client or server?
If running on the server, you need to modify the process scheduler config
file on the server.

Subject: SQR flags question (-F) re: PSoft
Hello -
I've an SQR Flags question and how it relates to Configuration Manager
settings and Process Definition in PeopleSoft.
We have changed the occurances of C:\TEMP\ to another directory
(C:\WINDOWS\TEMP) on the Process Scheduler of Configuration Mgr for the
following items:
(1) Temp Directory (TEMP)
(2) SQR Flags (for -O and -F flags)
When we run the PO Dispatch process from PO Workbench, the .SPF file still
gets written (and deleted) to C:\TEMP.
The Process Definition Options in Process Scheduler are as follows:
A. Overrides
(1) Parameter List : NONE
(2) Command Line : NONE
(3) Working Directory : NONE
(4) SQR Flags : APPEND -PRINTER::WP
(5) SQR Parms : OVERRIDE %%INSTANCE%% %%OPRID%% %%OPRID%%
B. Output Destination Parms
(1) Output Dest Type : Printer
(2) Output Dest Source: User Specified
(3) Output Destination: LPT1
QUESTION:
Why does the .SPF file continue to write to C:\TEMP\ when we've defined the
%TEMP% environment variable otherwise? Is there some other way to control
this directory??? NOTE: changing FILEPREFIX in SETENV.SQC had no effect.
Environment:
NT 4.0, HP 11, SQR 4.3, Oracle 8.1.6.1.0, PeopleTools 7.59, App Rel 7.53
Thanks, in advance!
