Re: Date

Check your setenv.sqc on the server. In the 'Standard
ORACLE parameters' check '#define Year4'. The value
might be '0'.Change it '1' to ensure that the years
are printed as 'YYYY'.

PeopleSoft delivers an SQC called setupdb.sqc. It
includes an alter session command. This is where the
date format is set for the SQR. It seems you have a
different versions on the client and Unix.

In most SQRs, the setupdb.sqc is not directly included
in the SQR. It is usually included in another
setup??.sqc.

Your NLS_LANG parameter could be wrong too. The key to
solving that problem was in the workstation's NLS_LANG
setting for the registry. Changing it from
AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1 (western European
character set) to AMERICAN_AMERICA.US7ASCII (American
character set) would do the trick. whichever you use,
that the server should match the client.
