Re: Migrating SQR from SUN to AIX



Hey Gary,
I don't think you will be able to migrate the SQR
application from a Sun box to an AIX box... They have
different executables... The executables are compiled
on different OSes, so your executable shouldn't run
successfully.

If you are migrating from one OS to another, and this
is a licensed product through PeopleSoft, your
PeopleSoft representative should be able to help you
obtain the license for AIX.  However, Brio may want to
charge double since the license will be simultaneous.
