Allan -
Yes, we've run into this before. What happened with us is we installed a
third party software package that also used Crystal reports. The problem is
they provide a dll which was a newer version that the one delivered by
Peoplesoft. Check the version of crpe32.dll that comes delivered with
Peoplesoft and see if they have a different version on their PC. It would
be in the Windows\System32 directory. If that's the case, you'll need to
copy the Peoplesoft version back to the PC and replace whatever is out
there. This should not cause a problem with the other software (at least it
didn't with us).
Hope this helps - Jeff

We have a couple of users who cannot run a specific crystal report on the
client. It hangs in the process scheduler as 'initiated'. Other users can
run it without problem. Has anyone come across this?
