Thanks Prasanna - It looks like it is a desktop issue of some sort of
desktop issue rather than security, since the users were able to run it
previously when on Win NT. They have recently been upgraded to Win 2000.

You just need to go to the query tool log in as the user and see if the
user can access the records referenced in the crystal report.
Other way is go to the opr class or perm list of the user and see if the
perm list/opr class has access to the access group in the security
manager
