Re: crystal report hangs in proc scheduler as 'initiated'
You just need to go to the query tool log in as the user and see if the
user can access the records referenced in the crystal report.
Other way is go to the opr class or perm list of the user and see if the
perm list/opr class has access to the access group in the security
manager
