Use the GRAPHIC command (similar to the PRINT command).

Syntax:
Graphic (line,column,length) Vert-Line [rule width]*

*Default rule width is 2 decipoints (720 decipoints per inch).

Example:

Graphic (1,2,10) Vert-Line
