Hi Ray,

The file exists and I can read the same with notepad.
But I do get this message(error reading message file) while opening a spf file 
from report viewer.
As per suggestions from sqr documentation, i thought of reloading the file.
do you have any other solution or suggestion?

Are you sure that the file doesn't exist?  Perhaps the
file is simply not readable by you because it was
installed incorrectly.  You may be able to fix the
permissions on the file.
