Re: Command line flag -S

The information that is provided by using the -S flag is not permanently
stored in any location. It is stored in memory for the duration of the
execution and posted to the log file. After the job its gone!!! HTH

Hi,

Actually I tried searching the V$ tables and can find anything like this.

Thanks,
Sarah

I'm certain that if this information is available at runtime,
the means for getting at it is not documented in the SQR
manuals.

If I had to guess, it's being stored internal to the SQR
executor and is not being fetched from Oracle after the
program runs. The "-s" feature has been part of SQR for
a long time and is supported on all database platforms
as far as I know.

You _may_ be able to get similar information from the
V$ tables in Oracle.

Or, there may be an undocumented mechanism for getting
it from SQR.

Hope this helps.
