Re: Unstringing characters

Hi,
You can use the unstring function in sqr.
eg.
unstring $emp-info by ' / ' into $name $ID

Subject: Unstringing characters

Hey All!!

I have a problem that hopefuly someone can help me with. I have to unstring
a field, breaking at a character. This is what I mean. I have a field
cominging in as 'Employee/1728347'. I need to draw the number after the '/'
to a report. The character length before the '/' is always going to be
different so I need something that will go through the string and get all
characters after the '/'. Thanks
