Problem with sqr-users list server

As you have probably noticed, the sqr-users mailing list has been dead
for the past couple of days. This was caused by some network "upgrade"
work performed by the ISP which hosts the list server that sqr-users
uses. It seems that the upgrade didn't work out so well, and ended up
causing the list server machine to be out of commission since Tuesday
evening.
On top of that, it seems that they when they brought the system back up,
it was misconfigured in such a way that it bounced all the messages that
were queued to go out on the list (or which contained commands send to
the list server software itself). So, if you received a bounce message
saying "that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts", please
resend your message. (The fact that you have received this message
means that -- hopefully -- all of this has been fixed now.)
Because of this and related problems, we're currently looking into
moving the list off of this ISP. When that happens, I'll send out an
announcement with further details.
