SQR Upgrade

Hi folks,
I have a client using PS 7.5, Oracle 8, and SQR 4.3.2 on NT. They would like
to produce PDF reports. Does anyone know if PeopleSoft or Brio offers an
upgrade to SQR 4.3.2.2 or better? If not free, is an upgrade expensive?
