You didn't indicate whether you were running the SQR from the Web Client or
from two or three tier mode with the PeopleSoft client. The web client
won't see your configuration manager settings as it uses the definitions
set up for the server.
In two tier mode, make sure you have PSSQR1 set to point to your C drive.
It looks at this first. Also check the file referenced in the -ZIF
parameter on the same panel. This is where the -i parm is usually set in
Version 8. Finally, check the Process Definition and make sure there isn't
some kind of command line override specified for that job.
