Terminal sever: SQR routines packaged with other applications

Hi all
Has anyone any experience of imaging/packaging/using software for terminal 
server (In particular, using Windows 2000 clients) ?

We use two evolving applications Maximo and our own Helpdesk together with 
various other evolving software components many of which are SQR routines.

I understand from MRO Support that they will provide whatever support that they 
can for terminal server.
MRO Support does not officially support terminal server.

Brio makes the comment that SQRServer and none of the reportBuilder builds are 
certified for terminal server.

I see problems using terminal server for a suite of co-operating software 
applications/components which are evolving.

I understand that Haliburton rolled out terminal server two/three years ago.
However, as a result of problems with terminal server, Haliburton has 
subsequently reverted back to their previous client-server 
environment/operation.

If anyone has any experience of terminal server in such situations I would be 
most grateful to hear from you...
