PeopleSoft has a fix on their website. It's just a matter of changing
your config file and your SQR flags. Try this: Where you have \TEMP\
just add another \ i.e., \\TEMP\\.

Subject: Windows 2000 SP2
Is anyone having issues with Windows 2000 SP2? We have found that if it
is
applied you cannot send the sqr log file to C:\Temp\ anymore which
creates
several issues. You can change the directory, but the setenv.sqc sets
the
output directory to C:\Temp\., and the list goes on. Does anyone know
of a
work around? Thank you.
