SPF to LIS

I've got a problem that an SQR program producing invoices crashed right near
the end, producing a .spf file but no .lis file. It has done all the updates
to the database it should do and cannot be run again to pick up the same
invoices.

I really need a .lis version of the .spf it produced. Is there any way to
convert the .spf into a .lis?

I'm running SQR 4.3.4 on Unix AIX 4.
