Custom sqr, attached to 'SQR Report' standard process type. Thanks for the
input, I'll check out the process defs for both tools release and see if
there are any differences.

Is this a delivered sqr or a custom sqr?  Is it attached to a delivered
proces type or a custom process type?

Validate theat the process difnition and the process type are set up the
same in both tools releases.
