When the SQR finishes processing does it report back to the process scheduler,
notifying that it has completed?  It must set "#completion_code" and
"#prcs_run_status" to the appropriate values.

A 'STOP QUIET' will halt processing with out letting the process scheduler know
its status.

We are using PeopleSoft financials version 7.61 with sqr version 4.3,
db=Oracle
For some reason an sqr submitted thru the process scheduler being run
client-side hangs as 'initiated', and never gets processed. Has anyone seen
this before??
