Problem with include

Hi everyone!

I have a problem running an sqr.  When I try to run it from PeopleSoft,
first of all I get the msdos prompt file (which is very weird, we never get
that) and in it it says:
        (SQR4731) Cannot open the #INCLUDE file: 'setenv.sqc'
        (2) No such a file or directory

        SQR: Program Aborting

Now, that include is there for sure, and we run all other reports fine.....
does anybody have a clue ?
