The times that I've gotten the 4701 error was because of an incorrect
TNSnames.ora  file.

Please help, I'm new at this so please bare with me.  I am getting the
following error when running a sqr program

(SQR 5528) ORACLE ORLON error 376 in cursor 0:

(SQR 4701) Cannot logon to the database.


Any ideas what is causing this and what are the sqr errors 5528 and 4701?
