Financial Functions e.g IRR, PMT

I am attempting to replicate Excel financial functions in SQR.
Specifically IRR, NV and PMT. I am using SQR version 3 running on
VAX-VMS against an Oracle 7 database. I am new to SQR so please accept
my apologies if this is request that has been dealt with in previous
postings.
