By default Windows 2000 doesn't come with a c:\temp directory installed.
The "temp" folder is buried on Documents and Settings somewhere. You can
either change your "-f" parameter in the SQR settings to point to a valid
folder, or simply create a temp folder on the C: drive.

Subject: Win 2000 & C:\temp
We're running 4.3 in a development environment containing both Win 98 and
Win 2000. We use C:\temp for reading and writing. Developers who are now
on Win 2000 encounter an error trying to open the output log file in C:\temp
(other programs have no problem writing to that directory).
Has anyone encountered this problem and resolved it without having to change
the C:\temp specification?
