TNS problem-question

Once in a while the following abort happens when we run the SQR program at
the Unix prompt:
"(SQR 5528) ORACLE OCILogon error 12154 in cursor 0:
ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name
(SQR 4701) Cannot logon to the database.
SQR: Program Aborting."
Then next day runs fine. Does any body encounters this problem? How do you
fix it? Thanks in advance.
