Recruiting is an entirely separate category IMO...(taking advantage of a
listserve to recruit people for own personal gains AKA $$$) it wouldn't
belong on the PS listserve either!!!

Derrick probably doesn't know about the PS listserve.  Give him a break!!
Or at least some advice:  Derrick here's the PS listserv site:

Um, with all of the anti-consultant/recruiter comments about how this is an
SQR list, I have to ask that the Peoplesoft questions be taken to an
appropriate list as well.  As a non-peoplesoft consultant, I do not read
this list to see questions that have no SQR relevance at all.
