Take a look at my "Direct-Printing from SQR for Windows HOWTO",
http://www.sqrug.com/ftp/docs/sqr-windows-printing-howto.html .  This
document is getting pretty out of date (you can ignore the parts about
SQR v3, for example), but hopefully enough of it is still applicable
that it will tell you what's happening (section 2.2) and give you a
workaround you can use (section 4) in your situation.
