Inserting BMP file in database and calling it in an SQR report

Is it possible to insert a bmp logo file in and table in an Oracle 8.5
database and then print it in an SQR report. If so how is it done. Is the
only way you can print an image in an SQR report use Declare-Image in the
Setup section with a path to it on the computer that is running the SQR.
