Unstring is not so easy for me, any help is appreciated

Hi Friends,

Any thing wrong in the following syntax ( Using SQR 4.3.4)

let $cust-name  =  'A.G. Edwards, Inc.'

unstring $cust-name  by    ','  into $cust-name1,$cust-name2

        show  ' unstringed cust name 1  :  '  $cust-name1
        show  ' unstringed cust name 2  :  '  $cust-name2

displaying just blanks.

I am surprising and it's just killing my time.
I hope your help will save my days for this tiny issue.
