If you mean an environment in which you can create SQR scripts, then any
basically any editor will suffice.

We use Ultraedit ourselves which is available from www.download.com (as
shareware I believe).

This appears to be one of the better versions available.

Hello all,

This may be a very inappropriate question. If so, then I sincerely
apologize.
However, I am in need of a SQR development environment and am looking at a
few right now. The problem is my company will probably not pay for it, so I
will have to pay for it myself. I was hoping to get some good suggestions
from the group.
