Creating PDFs

Most of our SQR reports print as straight text files (.LIS), which are then
sent to a laser printer with a wrapper to set the appropriate fonts etc.
i.e. no printer control code inside the SQR.
If we tell SQR to generate a PDF, then the top and bottom line or so of the
report are not visible on the PDF. I assume this has something to do with
printer margins??

Is there a way to control the PDF conversion externally to the SQR report
(e.g. command line switches) or do we have to add a declare-layout section
or somesuch to all of our reports (and how would this affect the normal .LIS
output)?
