syntax for bind variables

Hi friends,
Sorry for troubling you all repeatedly.
Thanks for your valuable suggestions and examples.
i have successfully used run control records.
I just need one last help.

1.What is the syntax for using "bind variables" or
"inline bind variables" in process scheduler?

2.I  presume that there are two ways to directly call
SQR from peoplecode.
one is through ScheduleProcess() function and other is
through WinExec command which calls the SQR executable
and passes parameters.

I am facing some security problem when i tried using
ScheduleProcess() function. Hence I am trying out
WinEXec now.

are there any other way to directly call the SQR from
peoplecode.
