Key phrase: "HARI" is the new process definition which we have created.

This kept in mind, the Security Module is not aware of the new process
because it is 'new'. Open the Security Administration tool, locate the
process groups. (Ensure your new process 'HARI' is tied to a specific
process group ('BENALL,BASALL,HRALL,etc..).) I would suggest allowing the
process group from the operator class 'ALLPANLS' where all new items and
customizations should be updated to ensure Administrator access. Save your
Sec.Admin. changes, logout and voila... the "Security" aspect should be
corrected.

Now as to running right from PeopleCode... I couldn't assist. My security
knowledge may be of assistance. Good luck!
