Casing text

Hi all,

We are using SQR 4.3.4 and was wondering if anyone has come up with a
way in SQR to take text coming in from a flat file that has all
uppercase and convert it to sentence case?

For any PeopleSoft users out there we are on version 7.6 of PeopleSoft,
is there any delivered SQC from them that will do something like this?
