Cannot run Processes on the Server

To all SQR users.

I have never been able to run any processes on the Server (but I am
successfully running processes on the client).
They remain queued on the Process Monitor.  SQRW.exe is never initiated.

I need to know what should be present on the Server file structure to enable
processes to run.

Should the processes themselves sit on the Server or can they be in the same
file as those you run on the Client?
Is it necessary to configure the Server in the same way as you would a
client through the configuration manager?
Should SQRW.exe sit on the Server?

At the moment I have no SQR related files on the Server.

Any help would be mostly appreciated.
