If you don't specify a printer type via SQR Flags, Declare-Printer or
Use-Printer-Type, you will default to LinePrinter.

Printing to an HP Laserjet. There is no explicit printer specification in
the SQR Flags, or within the program (DECLARE-PRINTER). Should there be a
DECLARE-PRINTER procedure?
