Just another shot in the dark, but from the sqrug archives (submitted by
Paul Cruz on July 6 1998)
"This is a known bug in Oracle RDBMS ver 7.2 ( not sure if it also exist
in 7.3). We encountered this same problem on a script (not written in SQR)
that does the same thing, loading from a flat file. Oracle Support should
be able to provide you a patch for it."
