Selecting a range of data

Hello

I need to run a report were a user (non SQR person) can define what data
they want to look at.  Currently the report that I trying to write could
have columns such as account number, balance and date opened in it.  The
user might want to look at all the data that has a 'date opened' date
between 23 November 2000 to the 3 December 2000.  The user of the report
might want to look at various different date ranges, therefore hard coding
any ranges into the SQR is not the solution.

I have tried using ASK and/or INPUT.  I can select data for one date but I
can't select a range of data.
