Training and Development Module (HRizon or PeopleSoft)

Hello, gurus.

Perhaps this is the wrong forum, but I'd like to give it a shot. Has anybody
that's using either PeopleSoft or HRizon (ADP) implemented the Training and
Development module? We're having problems with printing/emailing the
Notification letters. This is what's going on:

a)      You click a button in the application, and an empty Word document
pops up.
b)      A macro kicks off, and the SQR dialogue box that asks you for your
logon information shows up for report TRN007.SQR. This is a data dump SQR in
which the output is used then for the Word document to make the letters. The
SQR finishes processing - apparently - and the whole deal crashes.

By the symptoms observed, the macro is the offending piece of the puzzle. I
don't "speak" macro (VB), and I'd like to kindly ask around the forum if
you've implemented this functionality, and if you'd like to share some tips
with me (If you're in Dallas, I'll take you to lunch! :-)  Feel free to
contact me directly, and let me know if you need more info. For reference
our environment is CSS HRizon v.9.00D, DB=ORA 8.0.5; DB Box= AIX.
