Brian,
Did you open the file entitled test.csv in a text editor? I sent two files,
the first, test.xls was tab delimited and should appear the way you show it,
the second, test.csv should have been comma delimited and should look like:
"00010",00010

Well, if you open the file in a text editor, you get this: "00010" 00010
There is no comma in the file.
