John,
Are you using a local procedure?
The follwoing code works for me.
let $ACF-Where = 'LANGUAGE_CD=''CFR'''
load-lookup
name = AccomplishmentsCFR
rows = {ACF-LookUpRows}
extent = {ACF-LookUpExtent}
table = 'PS_ACCOMP_TBL_LANG'
key = ACCOMPLISHMENT
return_value = DESCR
where = $ACF-Where

I am trying to use a variable for the where clause for a load-lookup &
get a message
that the variable $wherepgm is not defined. I do define it prior to the
load-lookup
( which is not in the setup section & can't be because of the variable)
it is defined as :
let $wherepgm = '(p1.pgm_desc=ps.pgm_desc' ||
' and p1.prd_key=p2.prd_key'||
' and s.prd_key=p2.prd_key'||
' and s.tm_key='||$tm_key||')'
I can hard code most of that in the where clause of the
load lookup, but I really need time key
Why does this do that?
