If you mean process a delete so that it doesn't even fill up the rollback
segments (which is why some large deletes are very slow), the answer is
probably no. It is possible to build a table in oracle that doesn't use
rollbacks w/deletes, but you can't do it unless the table was created in
that manner (and very few are).
