Getting bold headings centralized

Hi
Many of you have given suggestions. Thank you very much.I already used the
Center command like print $Business-unit  center bold. I am not using
declare-layout so the max columns don't come into the picture. I can hard
code the position but the problem is I will
be getting varied length values. Some of you suggested not to use
proportional font, I will try this.
