This being said, does anybody have a report -or an idea of a report - that
shows turnover at the job code level? It is not exactly a wacko request to
capture YTD turnover data by position, I would think, at least from an HR
perspective...
TIA

I would recommend hiring a programmer to do this.

Help! Help!
I am trying to make modifications to the "canned" SQR for
Turnover analysis from ADP/PeopleSoft (PER010.SQR) so it breaks down by job
code... It currently breaks down at the department level, and it seems like
a titanic endeavour to revamp the programme so that it does what I want it
to do (not that it's impossible, but I have a short turnaround to meet)...
I'd like to kindly ask to anyone in the group that has either of these
payroll systems to either give me guidance or - even better - if you already
have something like this, would you mind sharing the wealth?
Please feel free to email me directly should you have any
questions. Thanks a million!
