I think the problem is that you are using setup02.sqc, which uses printer-init.
I don't know all the technical stuff but I don't think reports generated using
printer-init (which is just straight printer codes) work well in the viewer.

I would suggest using setup02b.sqc instead.  This setup uses the more
viewer-friendly printer, layout and report declarations.
