PeopleSoft HRMS - Highmark interface

Does anyone out there have a PeopleSoft outbound SQR interface to Highmark
Blue Cross Blue Shield?

If so would it be possible for you to send me the SQR to give me a starting
point?  This is pretty detailed interface and our deadline is not too
forgiving.
