Put the -f option between quotes.

So it would be something like  -F'long filenaam with spaces'

-F parameter string looks like this

c:\sqr4\sqrwt k:\maxreport\sqr4\test.sqt -Fk:\maxreport\accounting\Test of
2000-09 EOM reports 1=1 200009 * * Y N
