Re: request help installing SQR Plus

John,

It seems that the file (sp1_dlls.zip) which contains these four files has
not been unzipped. Check that you have these files in the directory from
where you are running setup.exe program (usually c:\work).

Hi. This question is for anyone who has installed SQR Plus on their
workstation.

I am running Windows/NT with SQRW v4.3.4 and am trying to install SQR Plus
using the readme notes. I unzip the files in a work directory, set the
WINDIR, SQRDIR, SQRFLAGS, and TEMP environment variables, then run the
setup.exe program.

During setup, I am being stopped by four "Could not create file" error
messages. The files mentioned are:

d:\sqrplus\MSVBVM50.DLL
d:\sqrplus\COMCTL32.OCX
d:\sqrplus\COMDLG32.OCX
d:\sqrplus\cygwin.dll

Note that directory d:\sqrplus DOES exist on my desktop (was created by the
setup script).
There is currently 3.37GB of free space on my D: drive. (The readme file
says that SqrPlus takes about 7 MB of disk space.)

Can anyone discern why these files can not be created?

Thanks in advance.
