spf spool file

I have a question about spf file

I have the report (report_3_error), created by a sqr report, with -ziv flag,
so both .lis and .spf files created fine.
I opened the .spf by sqr viewer, which worked fine.  I need to save it to
.csv so I can load this file into excel.  However, when I did "save as csv"
in sqr view nothing happened.
What I am missing here??  Any help is greatly appreciated.
