(SQR 5007) Report 'default' has overlapping heading and footing

Hi everyone,

As the frustration begins to appear, it's time to ask for help...

When trying to use print to create a flat file, I get the following  error:
 "(SQR 5007) Report 'default' has overlapping heading and footing "

I need to use the print (instead of write) due to the general nature of this
report. The concept (which is even demonstrated in the manual) is:

   declare-layout default
   formfeed = No
   max-lines = 1
   max-columns = 1000
end-declare

This causes the above error. When I use a different layout name (and the
use-report option), I get the same error for the new report name. It must be
a real obvious thing that I just don't know - or can't see...help :-)
