SQLBase Configuration

Hi all,
I'm trying to connect to sqlbase from an installation that is normally
connected to Oracle. I changed my rdbms.sqc to use SQLBASE but when I run
the sqr I get SQR err msg SQR-5528 - ORACLE ORLON ERROR -1004 in cursor 0:
