Loading Output into a table

Hello Everyone,
i'm new to this group and i'm not sure if this question has been asked earlier 
or not.
it will be great if someone can answer this for me.
we have a requirement at this place i work where the client wants the output 
file (i.e, LIS file) to be inserted into a attribute in one of the tables.
is there any way i can do this using SQR?

FYI, the environment i work here is SQRibe/Unix/Oracle.
